Feeling tired, unmotivated, breaking out? You are NOT alone. This is what we like to call the Luteal Phase. While this phase may be rough aroun the edges, it does have its beauty to it. Our Luteal phase is our body physically forcing us to slow down ad get ready for our bleed. Lets be honest, sometimes we need someone to physically slow us down when we are always go, go, go. This is why women are elite, we have a built in brake allowing us to see symptoms and know that means we have to slow down!
